Devise a targeting and prospecting strategy so that companies of the right profile are approached
Set up and hold meetings with the senior management teams (such as HR head, CSR head, Marketing head and Head of Corporate Affairs) of potential corporations/PSU s, to explain Sesame Workshop s work and focus areas.
Funnel management of existing donors including prospect tracking and growing grant amount
Responsible for planning and managing the employee volunteering program
Represent Sesame Workshop in different corporate forums and events, CSR seminars and conferences, nationally and internationally, to network and with prospective corporates and improve the visibility of the organization
Develop proposals, presentations and concept notes for applying to RFPs and as per donor need
Correspond with donors regarding the finalization of proposals, preparation of MOUs and any other queries.
Timely submission of donor reports (financial and programmatic)
Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is in place and engage in sustainable efforts to build long term relationships with potential donors.
Desired Qualification, Skills and Experience
Post-Graduation; MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred)
10 to 12 years of relevant experience in corporate fundraising with good knowledge of the CSR funds, foundations and grants etc.
Experience in managing key account/partnerships or business development
Strong networking and relationship management skills including the ability to influence and motivate others
Excellent presentation, communication and marketing skills.
