Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement complex IVR solutions using Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCX) or other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain voice applications (IVR flows, call flows, voice prompts) using scripting languages (e.g., VXML, C#, Java).
- Integrate IVR systems with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, databases, ERP).
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of IVR applications.
