Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

- Maintain the global backup environment (NAS, SAN, VMware, local OS, and SQL backups)

- Assist in building and maintaining the disaster recovery environment.

- Provide mentoring and support for service desk team.

- Excellent communication skills

- Extensive work experience in global enterprise environment with diverse global team members.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, MS Windows 2016/2019, VMWare, Linux (Redhat, ubuntu)

- Experience in patch, backup, archival and restoration management.

- Work with Cloud development group to support their current and future needs.

- Define and implement the compliance roadmap basis the organizational requirements from various dimensions.

- Understand the InfoSec and regulatory standards/requirements demanded by the organisation (and various internal and external parties) and ensure the same are adhered to.

- Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations.

- Performing incident handling, evidence acquisition, digital forensics, endpoint and Network, and Cyber security incident management.

- Experience on other vulnerability Management tools such as Qualys, Rapid7 & tenable is desirable.

- Strong understanding of industry security best practices and standards.

- Knowledge on azure sizing calculator.

- Hands on experience in AZURE Cloud Build projects, Cloud Migration/Transformation, Active Directory migration.

- Good experience in Hybrid Cloud setup and network integrations.

Skills/ Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred (preferably in Computer Science, or information Technology Engineering), with Relevant field experience.

- Min 7-8 yrs. of Hands-On experience

- Knowledge of backup environments and the differing methodologies

- VMware administration experience

- Windows and Linux technologies.
