Director - International/Domestic/Direct Tax - CA Firm

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with transfer pricing team to advise on the transfer pricing aspects of business expansion, manage implementation and contribute to the review of related calculations

- Helping to build out the Expatriate Tax Group within International Tax

- Perform critical research and analysis related to global tax planning initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and tax credit opportunities

- Maintain all calculations, documentation, and support related to US international tax attributes of foreign subsidiaries

- Review quarterly effective tax rate calculations and journals for all the entities prepared by the International Tax Manager

- Transfer pricing reviews, compliance and reporting

- Oversee and proactively initiate and execute a diverse range of International tax planning strategies effectively leveraging internal and external resources

- Lead the International tax compliance, research, audit and litigation activities, including controlling, administering and managing income taxes in the Asia Pacific region, Europe, Mexico, and Brazil

- Support the international tax strategy and manage the global effective tax rate

- Maintain a process to manage global transfer pricing

- Solid understanding of the functioning of material foreign tax jurisdictions rules
