Team Lead - Automotive Extended Warranty - Insurance

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the management of extended warranties and field concerns across India.

- Formulating extended warranty policies for various OEMs of motors.

- Establishing and refining the claim settlement and concern resolution processes.

- Developing and maintaining the DMS portal and preparing process manuals for extended warranties.

- Crafting technical guidelines and circulars to aid in field concern resolution.

- Implementing cost, process, and settlement time improvements in automotive service

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and other stakeholders.

- Address customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive technology and warranty programs.

- Provide ongoing training to the sales team on new products and services.

Contract Negotiation:

- Negotiate warranty contracts with clients and dealerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contract terms and conditions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all warranty sales activities.

- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the integrity of warranty programs.
