Technical Lead/Architect - MuleSoft/IIB (12-16 yrs)

Job Summary :

We're seeking a highly experienced Integration Technical Lead/Architect to lead our integration strategy, design, and implementation using state of the art integration Platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in API design, integration patterns, enterprise architecture, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide integration strategy and roadmap

- Lead design and implementation of complex integrations using leading tools like MuleSoft, IBM IIB, TIBCO, Apache Camel etc.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards

Enterprise Architecture :

- Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration solutions

- Develop and maintain integration architecture standards

- Ensure integration solutions align with business objectives

API Design and Security :

- Design and implement secure, scalable APIs

- Ensure API governance and compliance

- Ensure compliance with API security

Innovation and R&D :

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends

- Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot projects

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations)

- Communicate technical vision and strategy to stakeholders

Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- 12 years + experience with MuleSoft, IBM IIB, TIBCO, Apache Camel Platform etc.

- Strong knowledge of API design, RESTful APIs, API security, and microservices

- Experience of deploying container based integration solution

- Experience with integration patterns (EAI, ETL, SOA)

- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure)

- Programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

Leadership and Soft Skills :

- Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

Education :

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

2. Certification by MuleSoft, IBM, TIBCO etc.
