We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, along with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise-level solutions. As a Technical Architect, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive the architecture and technical direction of software applications and systems. You will lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect large-scale, distributed, and high-availability solutions across various platforms.

- Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance on best practices in software development, architecture, and system design.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality practices.

- Review and approve designs, code, and technical documents to ensure quality and consistency across projects.

- Conduct architectural reviews, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvements in our architecture.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

- Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, system integrations, and enterprise solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of architectural patterns and methodologies.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Certification in AWS/Azure Solutions Architecture.
