Responsibilities:
- An Administrative Coordinator is a professional who is charged with creating and executing schedules, managing budgets, communicating with staff or clients who need assistance, and keeping organized records.
- They are responsible for maintaining effective workflows in an organization through efficient management across various departments within an organization.
- Candidate should possess expertise in branch management in terms of its infrastructure set up, visits, audits, compliances, maintenance & its admin operations. Resource should be capable to supervise zonal team remotely from central level.
- An Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supervising members of staff, establishing operating policies and procedures, and developing annual budgets for their department.
- Process and report on office expenses
- Maintain physical and digital employee records
- Schedule in-house and external meetings
- Distribute incoming mail
- Manage and order office supplies
- Make travel arrangements
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems
- Address employees' and clients' queries (via email, phone or in-person)
