An MNC company is hiring for a Corporate Services/Admin Professional
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of facilities, workspace resources, and related support and administration services to the business.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing plans, policies, and processes concerning Facilities Management, Travel Services, Physical & Environmental setup, and Real Estate Management within the office premises and campuses.
- Responsible for providing administration support and operating and maintaining facilities - buildings & equipment, repair & maintenance, water & electricity, upkeep, etc
- Support the business through, efficient, end-to-end domestic and overseas travel solutions - including immigration facilitation, ticketing, hotel/guest houses and all related matters.
- Manage commercial activities - indents, POs, Bill certification, and SAP entries related to travel & hospitality.
- Monitor the pan India CS budget and look for new avenue to optimize the overall expenses.
- Conduct audit and inspection to assess risks of new office premises
-Optimize / reduce facilities operating costs through integration of best practices and technology and ensuring legal and statutory compliance to mitigate business risks
- Drive the execution of plans, policies and processes within a team; drive operational activities in the respective area of corporate service; lead and drive execution of CS projects
- Management of facility management partners & services as per SLAs.
- To focus on implementation and control as well as policy development.
- Identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and technique
- Ensure proper placement of equipment and manpower for corporate services
- Reduction in incidents of unauthorized access.
Skills/experience:
- Bachelor's degree with professional background preferred
- 12-15 years of experience in corporate services (corporate)
- Team Management Experience & Skills
-Comply with regulations in terms of fire safety, seismic zones, building layouts, environments etc.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (CCTV & VMS)
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
- Proficient in MS office and power point presentations
- Having good experience in budget management, Data Analysis and RFPs
- Exp of Managing local statutory authorities in case the need arises
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
- Should have the ability to work in a matrix organization and able to work with cross functional teams to achieve team results
- Excellent communication & Presentation Skills
- Willingness to travel (as and when required)
