1. Portfolio analytics to increase the profitability and churn out non-profitable pockets for Motor Book.

2. Strategic inputs to improve profitability of the portfolio of Motor.

3. Building risk score cards and risk parameters to run Motor Business profitability.

4. Market research of the new practices in insurance industry for Motor.

5. Portfolio Pricing and New risk variable derivation for pricing of Motor.

6. Interaction with Management team and giving suggestion on portfolio correct and new models build to look at portfolio with a radical approach in Motor Business.

Must have:

- Good understanding of numbers/analytics with a sense of business/risk.

- Good communication & coordination skills to interact & collaborate with multiple functions.

- Good presentation skills with ability to engage with seniors & making effective strategic recommendations.

- Reasonable knowledge of statistics & various analytical tools.

- Should be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to have:

- Knowledge of key concepts of Insurance and role of Analytics in driving business results.

- Must have: Inter-departmental collaboration.

- Good to have: High emotional quotient.
