Role : Business Analyst for Claims
Experience : Minimum 5-10 year of experience in the field of Insurance and preferably in Claims Department
Department : Business Solution Group - Information Technology
Qualification : B.com, BBA, BSc, B-tech, MCA, MS or Masters degree from any reputed institution. Any Qualification in Insurance will be an added advantage.
Role Description :
- Role requires to liaison with Business stakeholders and draft the requirement document or change request document.
- Review Test plans, test cases, test scenarios and test data. Candidate is required to be hands on with application by participating in UAT of functionality
- Liaison and coordinate with IT teams - Channel Partners, TPA's and Motor OEM's for claims integrations.
- Should have sound knowledge of IT development life Cycle.
- Smart communication is essence of the role and candidate applying should possess good communication skills.
- Well versed with MS Visio or any workflow tools, similarly should have good command over excel, power point and word document.
