UI/UX Designer - User-Centered Design (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

- Participate in a user- centered design process, understand AI concepts and be updated with latest trends.

- Create mock-ups, prototypes and high-fidelity final designs in an AI innovative and fast paced environment.

- Iterate and refine design concepts based on analytics, build data rich UI for the platform.

- You will create interactive designs and components, has good knowledge about animating it with high fidelity prototype.

- Co-ordinate with stakeholders & team, prioritize work based on requirements and make trade-offs.

Requirements :

- Has proven experience of 2+ years, as UI designer and more or less of UX, has technological knowledge in the domain.

- Proficiency in Figma, Microsoft 365, AI tools, Prompt Engineering for Design

- Is passionate about their creativity and excited about the opportunity to work into B2B platforms

- Has good domain knowledge, with the understanding of business and shaping up-to-date with industry trends and technology

- Has proven experience into designing platforms/ applications and be efficient into workflows needed for managing and maintaining design systems

- Knows how to create and utilize design system, maintain consistency across platforms. Create intuitive designs, has a good eye for subtle and minimalist design.

- Right attitude to learn and work along team, coordinate with fellow teammates.
