Full Stack Backend Developer - Python/Node.js (3-5 yrs)

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Backend developer with at least 3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain the backend of our web platforms while leveraging data science methodologies to extract insights and build intelligent systems. The candidate will be responsible for server-side logic, database management, integration of AI models, and enabling data-driven decision-making processes for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) platforms.

Backend Development :

- Develop and maintain scalable server-side logic using appropriate backend frameworks and programming languages.

- Ensure high performance, reliability, and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

- Implement robust security and data protection solutions.

- Design and implement efficient data storage solutions (relational and NoSQL).

- Work with REST APIs to integrate third-party services.

Data Science and Analytics :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement machine learning and AI models.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Build and deploy predictive models and integrate them into backend systems.

- Develop data pipelines for efficient data preprocessing and analysis.

- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive business decisions.

- Ensure the scalability and optimization of data-related workflows.

Collaboration and Integration :

- Work closely with big data engineers and data analysts to integrate AI models and big data analytics into the platform.

- Facilitate seamless communication between backend systems and data visualization tools.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development and data science.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development and data science.

- Strong proficiency in Python (Mandatory), Node.js, JavaScript, and AWS services.

- Experience with REST APIs and API development.

- Proficient in database technologies (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Expertise in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries.

- Experience in implementing ETL pipelines and working with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
