Job Description
- Be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in mobile backend and client development.

- Design and develop mobile-specific backend services and mobile client applications in Android.
- Follow an agile scrum process to iteratively design and build high-quality software.
- Build simple and intuitive software to enable customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their unique needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
- Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
- Take full lifecycle responsibility for software development, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and automation.
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow teams to integrate platform capabilities such as security, authentication, session management, and third-party integrations into the mobile architecture.
- Manage product development activities
- Work with product management, design, support and other dev teams to create high-quality solutions
- Manage daily activities of the development team
- Solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems
- Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team
