Strong ServiceNowLead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.

Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.

Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.

Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.

Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions

 Job Description - Grade Specific 

ServiceNow mobile app experience or ServiceNow portal experience

ServiceNow Service Delivery Enterprise

Demonstrable experience in following Technical concepts of ServiceNow is MUST

ServiceNow web services and APIs

Workflow Configuration

Working Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, AngularJS etc)

Exposure to Integration Hub
