In this role, you will work under the direct leadership of the OSS Service Manager and OSS team lead as part of our back-office operations team. As an OSC, you will be responsible for top-down management of resources/technicians, overseeing post-onboarding formalities, managing their skill sets, optimizing resource utilization, coordinating training initiatives, and overseeing background check management, among other key responsibilities. This full-time role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a commitment to follow through on assigned tasks.   • Lead the development of our technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Forge strong connections and manage resources, cultivating an environment of seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with our Global Service Center (Service Desk) to ensure timely dispatch of suitable engineers for all tickets within your region.
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to address new requirements swiftly and effectively.
  • Take charge of vetting and screening processes, ensuring prompt turnaround times and seamless onboarding for field engineers.
  • Oversee post-onboarding formalities, ensuring alignment with critical project requirements and providing necessary support.
  • Enhance the skill level of our engineers, contributing to the creation of a skills heatmap and delivering project-specific training as needed.
  • Proactively plan and communicate job forecasts and tasks to engineers, ensuring they are fully prepared and equipped for their assignments.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to manage engineers' monthly expenses, ensuring timely payments and accurate expense records.
  • Cultivate an environment that fosters effective communication, positive employee relations, and teamwork. Motivate, empower, and recognize individual and team achievements to drive success.

Your Profile: Skills & Expertise Required Must-Have:


  • Foundational understanding of EUC, Networking, Server, Storage, and related technologies.
