We are hiring for a IT Service Desk Technician Level I
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Remote
Working time zone : With customer in Canadian time zone (5:30PM or 6:30 PM onward in the evening.
Knowledge & Experience
1) Extensive Knowledge of basic computer hardware and Software and peripherals.
2) Knowledge in Active Directory and Azure
3) Experience with desktop and operating systems, Win 10- Win 11
4) Extensive application support experience including MS Office Suite, CISCO Any Connect
5) Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities and ticketing systems.
6) Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL is a plus
7) Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
8) Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills.
9) Strong documentation skills.
10) Fluent in English is a must.
