Job Title: Air Pipeline Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Air Pipeline Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for air pipeline products and services, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for air pipeline products and services.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell air pipeline solutions.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

4. Product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.

5. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on air pipeline products and services, ensuring optimal application and usage.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth.

7. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure sales excellence.

8. Analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the air pipeline or industrial sales environment.

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

4. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing a team.

6. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
