About the role

This role will Interact with customers and field team members. Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system-related problems.

Role Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Maintenance & Repair skills in chillers

• Field Service and Communication skills

• Good in communication skill & customer relationship

• Experience in HVAC chillers systems.

• Technicians provide technical assistance to dealer's engineers

Role Purpose:

• Sr. Executive Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting,

• Field service, communication, technical support, and

• Maintenance & repair as part of the day-to-day tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer must have 5-7years experience in Chiller maintenance or ITI must having 10-12years experience in Chillers maintenance.

• Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Maintenance & Repair skills

• Field Service and Communication skills

• Experience in HVAC chillers systems.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good in communication skill
