• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, customizations, and support processes. 
  
• Organization Structure Creation with Associations 
  
• Worked on Foundation objects, MDF objects and Custom Objects
  
• Worked on Data Models. 
  
• Configure Business Rule for custom scenarios   
  
• Report Center
  
• Importing and validating employee data 
  
• Configuration of custom UI screen
  
• Workflow and custom workflow notifications
  
• Time off & Time sheets  
  
• Benefits
  
• Alerts and notifications 
  
• Document Generation
  
• Setting up RBP
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  
• Knowledge on End-to-End HR Process 
  
• Education Qualification: 10 + 2 + 3 (BBA / BCA / MCA / BE / BTech / MTech / BSc / BCom) 
  
• Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  
• Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, customization, and integration.
  
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors talent modules is a plus
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced support environment.
