SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Role & responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage comprehensive onboarding programs using SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, ensuring a streamlined and engaging     experience for all new hires.
• Effectively use SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 to automate and track onboarding tasks, manage workflows, and monitor progress to ensure timely     completion of all onboarding activities.
• Should have relevant and strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors - Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) module in Greenfield implementation, Rollout and AMS     projects.
• Relevant project experience, full implementation cycle and support projects in SAP module.

• • Should have hands on experience in Provisioning settings, Admin center settings for SF-Onboarding 2.0 (ONB).
  
• • Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF-ONB module
  

• The candidate should have experience in conducting customer workshops and demonstrate the system to business users. 

• • Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
  

• Must have understanding of the system landscapes.

Technical Skill:

Onboarding:

• Automate and streamline the onboarding process.
  • Use standard forms (Employee Summary, Emergency Contact) and custom forms.
  • Enable Document Centre with permissions; export documents to SFTP.
  • Implement standard and client-specific notifications.
  • Activate for mobile onboarding tasks.
  • Configure role-based permission groups and employee portal shell (client handles branding).
  • Set up specific activities and checklists.
  • Activate standard and administrative reporting
  • Integrate with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Enable electronic signatures for documents
  • Provide a dashboard to track onboarding progress.
  • Include options to restart or cancel the onboarding process.

• Standard Employee Termination Summary (Form)
  
• Connect with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Export documents from Document Centre to SFTP site.
  • Activate standard and administrative reports (no custom reports).
  •Basic mapping of onboarding fields to Employee Central fields.
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualification:

• Must have domain experience of min 2 years as HR 
  
• Qualification: MBA/ PGDM/ B. E/ BTech / MTech / MCA
  

        • Good in communication 
        • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
        • Experience with other HR software and systems.     

• ONB 2.0 Certification is mandatory
