Executive / Senior Executive | Joining and Onboarding (SPOC)

1. Pre-Joining Formalities:

• Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to gather required documents from new hires.
• Verify and validate submitted documents (educational certificates, experience letters, other documents, etc.).
• Ensure pre employment medical is completed
• Communicate the onboarding process, timelines, and expectations to new employees.

2. Onboarding Process:

• Plan and execute the onboarding program for new hires.
• Coordinate with IT, admin, and other departments to ensure timely setup of email IDs, system access/HIS, Id card, uniform etc
• Address any concerns or queries from new hires regarding their joining process.
• Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to streamline the onboarding experience.
• Maintain regular communication with new hires to ensure a positive experience.

3 . Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and employee documentation.
• Ensure all compliance related form are filled with accuracy.
• Assist in background verification and pre-employment medical checkups, if required.

4. Reporting & MIS:

• Maintain and update onboarding trackers and reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on onboarding metrics.
• Share insights and recommendations for process improvements with HR leadership.
