Onboarding Intern/ TA officer

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Screening:

• Assist in reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various job openings.
  
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability based on the job description and requirements.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information on applicant status and interview results.
  
• Provide feedback to candidates at different stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine screening criteria and improve processes.
  

Onboarding:

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and collecting necessary documents and completing pre-employment checks.
  
• Assist in organizing onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and team members.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (IT, Administration) to ensure new hires have the necessary tools and resources for their role (email, equipment, etc.).
  
• Monitor the completion of onboarding tasks and ensure that new hires are fully integrated into the organization.
  
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding processes and update new hire information in the HR system.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the onboarding process.
