Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Value-Added Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling additional services such as Bulk SMS to WhatsApp Business API and Rich Communication Services (RCS). This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi/NCR for the positions of (Business Development Executive) (Sales & Marketing).

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, target and engage potential clients in the VAS, CPaaS industry. Acquire new Clients B2B or B2C across all Communication channels SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email Marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Understand client needs ,client interaction and provide Value Added Services (VAS) ,or CPaaS solutions to meet those needs.
• Handle escalations and complex customer concerns regarding value-added services, ensuring high customer satisfaction and issue solution.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing data-driven insights and coaching to improve individual and team results.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from any reputed University.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in sales with a focus on VAS, messaging and Whatsapp Marketing Automation and its competitive landscape.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive, Telecom, or a related industry.
• Candidate must have own Vehicle, conveyance will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to effectively manage multiple sales opportunities and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Preferred location: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon or wiling to relocate.
