Product Surveillance Engineer - Lifecycle Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• Assessing all the wind farms, fleets to identify the repeated errors, warning, Anomalies and Power Curve performance deviations to communicate and rectify it proactively.
• Creating report templates for Alarm, warning, anomalies, Power Curve along with guidelines to the end user and handing over via signoff after validating the templates to the respective departments like TCC, L3, Wind & Site Etc.
• Ensuring Wind farm performance report to the management for business case.
• Data Analysis as per Chief Engineers guideline during PCVT and submitting report regularly by highlighting the observations.
• Ensuring Wind farm performance report to the TCC and Service sites.
• Studying warning, alarm, WTG behaviors like yaw, pitch scheduling, power, generator excitations, Internal consumptions for improving it between feet, different models &Etc.
• On Request, Data Analysis Support to L3& Field test engineers for validating PROTOTYPE or Second Source component and component failure RCAs
• Defining MTBF, MTTR & LPF methodology and ensuring report for the operating wind farms as per the market standards.
• Developing various tools across P&T Functions for Daily Monitoring, Field Project Monitoring for indenting the Performance about Project charter Vs Actual executions

Key Task

• Ensuring Technical Availability of fleet: 98% (Excluding materials/inventory/BOP/ROW issues).
• Identify AEP projects at least once a year.
• Nuisance warning, Error & Anomalies resolution: 98% YTD.
• Performance reports to Management/CFT: 100% with accuracy
