Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will excel in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance Android applications while adhering to the latest development practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop advanced Android applications using Android Studio.

- Work on the entire application lifecycle, from concept to deployment and post-launch updates.

- Implement and manage Android components such as Activities, Fragments, Services, and Content Providers.

- Integrate third-party APIs and libraries like Retrofit, JetPack, and Volley.

- Build and maintain secure, efficient databases using Room and SQLite.

- Develop intuitive UI/UX following Material Design guidelines and leveraging XML layouts, custom views, or Jetpack Compose.

- Ensure robust application performance through debugging tools like Logcat, Lint, and Firebase.

- Implement best practices in MVVM, MVP, and Clean Architecture.

- Use dependency injection frameworks like Dagger 2, Hilt, or Koin for modular and scalable development.

- Optimize and secure APKs using Proguard and obfuscation techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate device features such as Camera, Bluetooth, Location Services, and Sensors.

- Ensure application quality by conducting comprehensive testing, debugging, and code inspections.

- Work with multi-threading and asynchronous programming for efficient application performance.

- Keep up-to-date with emerging Android technologies and trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills and Expertise :

- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin (optional but preferred).

- Strong understanding of Android application launch modes and lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with data binding and view binding techniques.

- Familiarity with design patterns and their practical application in Android development.

- Knowledge of RESTful Web Services and API integrations.

- Experience in testing Android applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with plugin tools such as ADB Idea, Codata, and Lombok Plugin.
