Android Lead Developer - Java/Kotlin (6-10 yrs)

Role : Lead Android Developer (SDE IV).

Location : Pune (Hybrid work model).

Contract Duration : Initial 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Exp : 6 to 10 Years.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners.

Role Summary :

An experienced Android Developer (8+ years) to lead the development of scalable, high-performance Android applications. Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, mentoring the team, and driving technical vision and architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Android app development with modern design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).

- Collaborate with product and design teams, ensuring timely feature delivery.

- Optimize app performance, memory, and security.

- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Stay updated with Android tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Gradle.

- Proficiency in modular architecture and API integration.

- Knowledge of CI/CD, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 8+ years in Android development with a strong track record of building scalable applications.
