Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities (Candidate will be trained on same before hitting the floor.)

• Creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Creating training programs.
• Upgrading current training programs , imparting subject matter training to new hires.
• Updating training manuals on regular basis by seeking written transcripts on changes in processes from process owners.
• Participating in actual backend processes to create better understanding and to make efficient training programs , ensuring high training throughput.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have logical thought process.
• Should have expertise in written English , no grammatical mistakes.
