Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Human Resource and Administrative Manager to assist in the running and oversight of our company's daily human resources and administration work. The role covers the management of HR policies and procedures, recruitment, employee relations, and office operations. We need an organized, proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive understanding of HR best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs; build tight relationships with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the jobs and the needs of the teams and organizations.
Source and Attract:
Use all available channels to identify and engage potential candidates: job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Pipelining of talent for both current and future staffing needs.
Candidate Management:
Screen candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit through thorough interviews.
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining good communication throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Create appealing job descriptions and advertise on relevant platforms.
Employ creative sourcing techniques to locate, connect with, and recruit top talent for open positions that reflect the diversity of those backgrounds.
Coordination and Administration:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, to include travel and accommodations arrangements when needed.
Administer and maintain timely and accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
Employer Branding:
Showcase the Company's Employer Brand through different avenues and interact with potential candidates to further enhance the reputation in the job market.
Attend job fairs, networking, and other recruiting activities.
Compliance and Reporting:
Comply with all aspects of employment law, including relevant legislation, case law, and best practice.
Prepare and deliver reports on recruitment metrics to management, highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
Continuous Improvement:
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Continuous assessment and improvement in recruitment processes for greater efficiencies and effectiveness.
Recruitment: Managing the hiring process from advertisement posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring/onboarding. Employee Relations: Respond to inquiries from workers and help resolve conflicts at work, disputes in performance, and policy grievances. Promote positive work environment, encourage inclusiveness.
Administrative Oversight:
Office Management: Ensure that day-to-day operations of the office are suitably managed in relation to facility management, office supplies, and maintenance of equipment.
Documentation: Maintain records pertaining to employees, such as contracts, performance reviews, and any disciplinary action taken. Ensure confidentiality and data protection.
Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
