Responsibilities for Support Engineer
. Technical experience in Application Support, Maintenance Implementation projects, in a complex environment,
. Must be willing to work in Shift Environment including night shifts and in 24X7 mode
. Have sound knowledge about at least one Incident Management system/application,
. Must have working knowledge any of the Java programming / SQL Queries / PostGres / Snowflake
. Create tests to identify software problems
. Analyse bugs and errors found during tests
. Document results of tests for the software development team
. Experience working in a Fintech company is desirable
