Job Title: Salesforce + Marketing Developer (3-7 years experience)

Job Summary -

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce + Marketing Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce + Marketing Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to help drive marketing automation, customer engagement, and campaign management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that enhance our marketing initiatives, optimize customer experiences, and support business growth.

Skills:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

Campaign Automation & Optimization: Develop, test, and deploy marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, and email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

Data Integration: Implement data integration solutions between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM systems, databases, and third-party applications using APIs, Web Services, and other integration tools.

Customization & Development: Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, including AMPscript, SQL queries, and scripting for personalized content and reporting.

Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integrations with internal systems.

Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand business requirements, and help translate them into technical solutions that drive marketing strategy.

Reporting & Analytics: Develop reporting and analytics solutions to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights for marketing optimization.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the platforms functionality and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications: -

Experience: 3-7 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email development, automation, and data integration.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript for developing dynamic content, personalizing emails, and building marketing automation workflows.

Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud products (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with third-party platforms.

Marketing Expertise: Understanding of marketing strategies, campaign management, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and technical teams.

Problem Solving: Strong ability to think critically and solve technical challenges in an evolving digital marketing environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer

Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Other relevant Salesforce certifications.
