Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer specializing in React Native to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development and a passion for creating high-performance, visually appealing, and user-friendly mobile applications. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Strong experience with React Native and its core principles.

- Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode, Gradle, Android Studio etc.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

- Knowledge of Redux or similar state management libraries.

- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Key Responsibilities :

Design, Develop, and Maintain :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Code Quality :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

Code Reviews :

- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

Testing :

- Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

Mentorship :

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Stay Updated :

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

- 4-5 years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 1-2 years focused on React Native.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
