The associate may be expected to lead a fairly complex, high-priority project and/or process
Builds product business plans to drive revenue and rationalize investment
Creates product road maps and writes user stories and requirements
Partners with engineering to ensure product strategy and requirements are aligned with development strategy and to orchestrate product development
Engages delivery organization to ensure product operations and delivery capabilities are addressed
Communicates project status to clients
Measures and assesses client satisfaction
Participates with various teams regarding security projects, change tickets, and trouble tickets, etc
Assists in the evaluation of issue priority and provides front line response to various internal groups regarding product and solution support
Required
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related security experience or equivalent industry certifications
Required: Bachelor s Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience
Advanced, Knowledge of routing and switching protocols to include security policy setup and threat protection
