AWC Software - Senior Salesforce Developer - Aura Framework (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team.

The candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a strong background in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Framework, Einstein Analytics, and integration using REST and SOAP APIs. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions to meet our organization's unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.

2. Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

3. Create and optimize Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, and Queuable Apex for complex business processes.

4. Develop and maintain robust test classes to ensure the quality and reliability of custom code.

5. Implement REST API and SOAP API integrations to connect Salesforce with external systems.

6. Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and leverage Aura Framework components to enhance the user experience and streamline processes.

7. Utilize Einstein Analytics to provide data-driven insights and reports for decision making.

8. Keep up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment.

9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers within the team.

10. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant certification, preferred.

3. 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.

4. Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization.

5. Extensive experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, Queuable Apex, and Test Classes.

6. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.

7. Knowledge and hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics is a plus.

8. Experience in REST API and SOAP API integrations.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
