Salesforce Developer - Aura Framework (5-6 yrs)

Job Title : Salesforce Developer (Vlocity Omniscript, R&S).

Job Locations : Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai (Work from Office).

Shift Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM IST.

Mandatory Skills :

- Sales Cloud (3+ years).

- Community Cloud (Basic knowledge).

- LWC (1+ year).

- Apex Coding (4+ years).

- Aura Components / Lightning Components (2+ years).

- Vlocity (Omniscript, Data Raptors, Cards, Integration Procedure 1+ year).

- Basic Integration Knowledge (SOAP & REST).

Secondary Skills : DevOps (Copado, Ant migration, Jenkins).

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Engage with business SPOCs to understand and document requirements.

- Ensure successful Salesforce solution implementation and verify alignment with business goals.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.

- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.

- Perform Salesforce configurations including custom fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.

- Work with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.

- Execute data migrations and deployment activities using tools such as Ant Migration, Workbench, and Copado.

- Develop and maintain high-quality test classes.

- Conduct UX design and develop interactive UI components.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and JavaScript.

- Experience with Vlocity Omnistudio (Omniscript, Data Raptors, Cards, and Integration Procedures).

- Telecom domain experience is a must.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration areas such as objects, data modeling, process automation, and security.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment strategies and tools.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in UX design and development with JavaScript frameworks.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of Telecom business processes.
