Experience and Skills set requirements:

- Graduation / MBA with sales and marketing major

- Selling and deal-making experience. Preferably in the outsourcing industry

- Has their own network that can be leveraged

- Comes with a go-getter mind-set and industry outlook with good articulation, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish

- Proven ability to portray the various aspects of services and products

- Ability to provide and develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions and also position our offerings against competitors

- Ability to communicate Writer's technical / transformative capability within various services lines to customers

- Proven collaborative skills working across various service lines, marketing teams, practice leaders etc

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Execute strategic plans to achieve profitable sales targets and higher-value deals

- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals

- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong customer relationships while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs

- Effectively articulate value-based propositions through presentations and proposals

- Pre-empting any issues within an account due to market conditions or changes in client leadership

- Working closely with customers and operations team, ensuring effective growth for each account as well us projects

- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, gather market intelligence, and map out the competitive landscape. Travel is to be expected

- Prepare action plans at the individual service level, including creating Writer's visibility for these services in India as well as global market

- Continuous improvement of sales processes and operations
