Retail Broking - Senior Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Identifying and recruiting Retail Brokers who specialise in SME and selling retail products like Motor, PA, Health, Home, Shopkeeper, Office

• Responsible for achieving the top line and bottom line targets through channel partners

• Provide end to end solutions to brokers and SME's thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met

• Ensure completion of Branch Budget and drive the growth of business

• Develop and nurture relationships with brokers to yield a productive relationship

• Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners

• Regularly monitoring and controling business Hygine

• Balance broker's portfolio within various classes and ensure profitability

• Manage a productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquistion is within the budgeted levels

• Conduct regular training programs for Brokers on existing and new products

• Sharing MIS with Brokers on monthly basis

• Managing intermediary payments
