What is expected of you :
As part of the job, you will be required to :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate to optimize and streamline business processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and recommend improvements to maximize automation potential.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing workflows using Power Automate.
- Experience in integrating Power Automate with other Microsoft products (such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams) and third-party applications.
- Monitor and maintain deployed automation processes, identifying and resolving any issues or performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and advancements, bringing innovative ideas to enhance automation capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in automation development and deployment.
- Document technical specifications, project progress, and system changes for effective knowledge sharing and project management.

Requirement :
Must have technical skills :
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing automation solutions using Power Automate.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or similar languages used in RPA development.
- Proven expertise in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Experience with end-to-end software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Solid understanding of RPA best practices, security protocols, and data privacy standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging automation scenarios.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
Good to have skills :
- Familiarity with integrating Power Automate with other technologies and platforms.
- Familiarity of High-Density Bots.
