Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilledand motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
- This includes acquiring resourcesand coordinating the efforts of team members and third.party contractors orconsultants to deliver projects according to plan.
- The Project Manager will alsodefine the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle.
- Project Planning and Management:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals incollaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full.scale project plansand associated communications documents. Estimate the resources andparticipants needed to achieve project goals.
- Direct and manage projectdevelopment from beginning to end. Set and continually manage projectexpectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues andconflicts within the project team.
- Delegate tasks andresponsibilities to appropriate personnel. Track project milestones anddeliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports,proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Ensure that all projects aredelivered on.time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct quality assurance toensure projects meet company standards.
- Skills and Competencies: Provenexperience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
- Strong familiarity with projectmanagement software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana). Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership,organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage project budgets andtimelines effectively.
- Strong problem.solving skills anda proactive attitude. Knowledge of and experience with Agile methodologies is aplus.
- Ability to work well underpressure and handle stressful situations professionally.
- Exceptional customer serviceorientation.
- Ability to work independently andin a team.oriented, collaborative environment.
