Reporting to the VP of Product, the Senior Product Managerwill lead a small, dedicated team including a Program Manager and UX/UIDesigner, and collaborate closely with our Technology and AI teams. The idealcandidate will be strategic with a proven track record in product execution,adept at delivering features and functionalities that deliver on businessgoals. You will play a key role in shaping the long-term product roadmap andensuring product excellence, from detailing to adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Execution

Work closely with VP of Product to translate the Product Vision into an actionable roadmap.
Create comprehensive product plans and define clear and detailed product requirements.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers for intuitive interfaces.
Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, and quickly and iteratively deliver product features that delivers on the goals.
Meticulously develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in product management (preferably B2B products), with a proven track record of successful product execution.
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
Passion for delivering high-quality products that meet client needs and drive business success.
