Job Description
- Capex Bill passing , detail review of each invoices against PO/Contract prior to booking.
- Ensure delegation matrix is properly implemented & reviewed prior to bill passing
- Prepare Spending plan based on PO/ Contract delivery date & inform treasury for Cash requirement on weekly basis.
- Correspond with banks for LC opening & for confirming documents for releasing payment.
- Indepth understanding of GST , Custom & other statutory regulation & ensure compliance.
- Proper understanding of Project system module of SAP & ensure all expenses are booked accordingly.
- Passing running contractor bills & maintain established process to ensure control .
- Capitalisation process implementation after project closure.
- Prepare various MIS reports as & when required.
