Roles & Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Development
- Retention
- Separation
Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management (PDA):
- Manage performance appraisal process.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and mediate conflicts.
- Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
HRIS Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System.
- Generate reports and analyse HR metrics.
- Implement and optimize HRIS functionalities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate with PGDM or Masters in HR or an equivalent
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist

- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Ethics: Maintain integrity and ethical standards in all HR practices.
- Customer Service Orientation: Focused on providing excellent service to all stakeholders
