Senior Marketing Manager

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM / 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 4:00 - 1:00 AM

(Monday - Saturday).

Roles and Responsibiites

• Develop a stand-out and highly effective brand communications strategy that delivers our brand purpose and amplify it across various platforms.
• Create thought leadership content to build and promote it in the higher ed space.
• Responsible for coordinating the brand and attending various conferences nationally and globally.
• Generating and scouting for speaking opportunities from industry to promote the brand.
• Manage conference schedules and activities around events.
• Collaborate with the other marketing functions like creative, and digital to develop impactful brand-led marketing campaigns aligned to the business's brand strategy.
• Design and co-ordinate media campaigns, advertising, and all kind of PR visibility on print, online and social media.
• Participate with Partnerships teams to write compelling content for RFPs, pitch decks, proposals, reports, presentations, newsletters, training materials and other marketing related assets.
• Closely monitor and handle various channels including chat, website form fills, emails, inbound calls, and social media, and respond to prospects in a timely and accurate way.
• Maintain comprehensive details of all contacts, leads, and opportunities on Openmind database.
• Communicate with prospects through outbound calls and emails, qualify them, setup meetings, send reminders, and ensure they are able to join the meetings.
• Prepare and maintain a comprehensive conference calendar for the assigned region and be accountable for all conference related activities.
• Plan and implement logistics for on-site and online conferences, and co-ordinate with all the company representatives for smooth execution of conference.
• Communicate with prospects visiting the exhibit booth, provide them with the relevant information, setup meetings and follow up as per the cadence.
• Participate in online video demos.
• Build strong partnerships with prospects, such as the leadership team, department chairs, and faculty members in universities and colleges.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• A masters degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• 10+ years of proven experience in a marketing capacity, conducting online marketing, or brand marketing, preferably from eLearning or education industry.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• Extremely creative, good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
• Excellent command of English and fluent writing style
• Interest and ability in online communications and developing communications content. Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
