Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, including content creation for digital and offline campaigns. Lead social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
Campaign Planning:
Develop an annual marketing calendar and manage all ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
Design strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling across multiple channels.
Email Marketing:
Create and execute email marketing strategies to engage and convert target audiences.
Budgeting & ROI:
Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and focused on ROI.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular performance updates and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Lead the marketing team, working closely with sales and product development to align strategies.
Compliance:
Ensure all marketing efforts comply with company policies and high standards.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on logistics, transportation, and supply chain trends to tailor marketing efforts.
Expected Skills & Competencies
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with Hindi proficiency preferred.
Marketing Expertise:
Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Creativity & Innovation:
A creative mindset with a knack for engaging copywriting and fresh ideas.
Leadership & Adaptability:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
