Senior Marketing Executive (FMCG)

Role & responsibilities :

• Innovation: Assist the Category Manager in the creation of the Innovation Funnel and help execute all operational activities pertaining to NPD Process
• Category Management: Assist in Developing Plans for Category and be the FPR for allexecution-ledd activities for the same.
• Packaging: Assist in Creating New Designs and be the FPR for all Adaptations under the same design framework
• POSM: Develop designs for all POSM fromthe agency. For Special POSM / Different Fabrication possibilities, work with Retail Branding Team for development of the same.
• Social Media: Work with agency in developing communication for brand and for products inthe category, basis marketing objectives.
• Communication: Co-ordinate with agency on development of creatives for ATL / BTL Interventions

• The marketing executive would have the overall responsibility of executing the organizations marketing strategies, marketing communications, branding, design, and public relations activities, both external and internal with the objective of increasing revenues for the organization
• 3. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data-Basedd Insights: Assist Category Manager in developing data-based insight for category through sales data to pickup anomaliesy or opportunities.
• Regional FPR: Regional FPR for Assessment of BTL Activation Opportunities & Ad Hoc Support.
• Market Intelligence: Gain intelligence on the competitions marketing activities through interaction with the sales team and market visits
• E Comm / MT Support: Execute and track E Comm / MT Intervention as planned bythe Category Manager and MT / E Comm Sales Team
• Communication: Work with Category Manager in developing communication plans and undertake agency co-ordination for all mediums
• Sales Product Focus: Liaise with sales team to ensure category focus and success of category initiatives.
• Vendor Co-ordination / Bill Management: Be the FPR for all tasks which one is handling for PR / PO / Invoice Processing / Vendor Co-ordination
