GENERAL SUMMARY:
The resource will be responsible for coordination with external and internal stakeholders for Business growth of NBFC Pay Later across Lenders (Digital NBFCs & FinTechs). This role is a mix of Key Relationship/Account Manager and Sales person responsible for Business numbers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Growth will come by way of coordinating Business activities across Categories (Mobile/IT, CD, Sales Finance and Wheels) and Category Managers.
- Bringing New OEMs and Brands on-board for offering No Cost EMI and Cashback offers with NBFCs.
- Bringing On-board then maximising business with Merchants across Big & Small Categories (KAMs, Regional Retail Chains, Retail - Brand Shops and Retail - Independent Dealers).
- Coordination with Pine Labs KAM, Merchant Engagement Sales and Retail Teams for various activities (like pitching, training) involved in maximising tie-ups and then business extraction leading to transacting merchants.
- Coordination with In-store Promoters, Virtual In-store Promoters Pay Later Team and Merchant Engagement, Virtual Relationship Management Sales Teams of Pine Labs for maximizing Actively transacting network of Merchants
- Managing smooth roll out and running of various NBFC alliances.
- Candidate will be primarily responsible for driving from Existing Lenders - Business value, Revenue, Transacting stores KPIs.
- Setup alliances with new lenders, take them live and drive the 3 main KPIs for maximisation of overall business.
Key Requirements
- Overall Experience band of 1-10+ years in Sales/Alliances positions. Exception for candidates of Premier Institutes.
- Experience of Managing Sales and Business Development or National Key Accounts
- People with relevant experience of EMI Business of any type with leading organisations like Bajaj Finance, HDFC Bank, Other Banks/NBFCs will be preferred.
- Experience of Managing Lender Relationships for an OEM in Auto, CD/IT segments will be preferred
- Experience of Working with Large Distributions (Mobile, CD, FMCD/FMCG Industries) will be preferred. Experience of Managing Distributors, Retailers, Key Account Chains.
- Should be capable to multi-task and manage Push and Pull of Day-to-Day Business and Growth by coordinating growth activities with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with an intrapreneurial style of working. Team manager experience.
- Great at follow ups
- Dedicated and Self Motivated
- Distinction holders in Matric, Higher Secondary, Graduation and Post-Graduation will be preferred
- Job Stability of 1-2+ years will be preferred in last employer or over multiple such employers
