Senior Manager/Manager - B2B Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Create compelling sales pitches, cold-calling, emailing, meeting clients in-person, virtually etc.
• Sell the company's products and services.
• New client acquisition
• Building and maintaining smooth relationships with clients to generate new business and referrals.
• Managing client portfolios and meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Ensuring high-quality sales, servicing and customer satisfaction resulting into repeat business.
• Complete all paperwork relating to a sale.
• Providing market feedback on new products, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Perform research on the competition's services.
• Maintains knowledge of business operations and product offerings
• Employs ethical standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven sales experience and record
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to gauge client needs
• Ability to engage at top and upper middle level CXOs and HODs
• Background into Learning & Development, Employee Upskilling, Services/Solutions Selling.
• Experience in interacting with HR stakeholders across various sectors
