Responsibilities :
a. Influencing and facilitating the process of organizational change and development with time line, leading to improved organizational and individual performance;
b. Facilitating and providing technical inputs to the process of change management in cooperation with senior management; Developing and managing measurement systems to track the adoption, utilization and impact of these changes (Feedback mechanism);
c. Leverage knowledge and information about the external environment to unify the company across internal functions and across layers;
d. Initiate and drive best HR practices of the industry to foster culture of collaborative & productive style of working to achieve high level of engagement, higher productivity, improved individual competencies and minimum losses;
e. Business HR analytics data to facilitate business decisions
a. Ensure all HR systems and processes are adhered to and completed in a timely and transparent manner to establish credibility and contributions;
b. Establish and maintain a strategic relationship with senior management, plants, operations and support departments to ensure effective management of HR systems & policies;
c. Preparing & initiating organizational circulars & communications;
d. Engaging with employees and responding to their queries, problems or issues with win-win advises / solutions to it;
e. Collating & analyzing important feedbacks and surveys results from employees, including exit interviews & employee engagement surveys; and facilitating action plans thereof
