Manager / Sr Manager - Methods

Role & responsibilities

Need experiences in the preferably in Auto electrical products mfg with exp. in below processes:

1. Tightening,
2. Pressing,
3. soldering,
4. Welding,
5. Electrical testing,
6. Metal cutting,
7. Winding process, etc.,

1. Looking for a hard-core shop floor person, who is working /doing methods activities
2. Knowledge in PFMEA / PPAP activities
3. Able to operate, conduct trials, Commission, establish process & Train operators
4. Trouble shoot in various above processes
5. Existing Process re validation
6. Process Establishment for New Product Introduction
7. Process improvements in existing lines
8. Having knowledge in concepts related to tool / fixture design
9. Continuous Improvement in consumables, mfg cost, cycle time, etc.,
10. Communication skill ( to handle Customers, other internal functions )

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification & Experience : BE Mech Engg 12 to 15 years
