Senior Manager/AGM - Admin & Security (Preferably Ex-Service man)

Role & responsibilities

• Office & Facility Management: Supervise office infrastructure, housekeeping, vendor management, and workplace safety.
• Front Desk & Mail Services: Oversee reception, telecom systems, and efficient mail distribution.
• Event & Travel Management: Coordinate business meetings, corporate events, and employee travel arrangements.
• Expatriate Support: Manage travel, accommodation, legal documentation, and logistics for expatriates.
• Asset & Compliance Management: Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, adherence to regulatory policies, and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Supervise administrative staff and outsourced service providers for smooth operations.
• Liaison with Government Officials: Maintain effective communication and rapport with local government and law enforcement agencies for smooth operations and compliance
• Vehicle Management: Oversee the allocation, utilization, and maintenance of vehicles. Ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines for vehicle usage.
• Visitor Management: Establish and maintain effective visitor management systems to ensure seamless access while maintaining security protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in administration and facility management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in facility management and administrative operations
• Expertise in security protocols, access control systems, and surveillance technologies
• Knowledge of relevant security regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse data and identify security risks
• Ex-service man
